• The Illinois Chapter congratulates the above twelve designees who successfully passed their cumulative exam April 5th. The final exam is hosted two times annually and is the last step in earning the CCIM designation.The exam follows more than 160 hours of class room education and a required business portfolio exemplifying the candidates experience in commercial real estate. The CCIM designation is a tremendous accomplishment and well recognized in the real estate industry.
